Linux packages are preview distributions in tar.gz format. The ARM64 version has not yet been tested on a native ARM64 device. Required desktop system libraries and development tools must be installed separately.
macOS packages for Intel and Apple Silicon have not yet been prepared. Their download options are disabled.
32-bit systems are not supported. x64 is for 64-bit Intel/AMD processors; ARM64 is for 64-bit ARM processors.
Windows: Settings → System → About → System type.
Linux: run uname -m; x86_64 → x64, aarch64 → ARM64.
macOS: About This Mac; Intel → x64, Apple chip → ARM64.
Download the Windows package for your processor. Close CrowFORGE if it is running, then launch the installer.
Review the license and privacy notice as you proceed. Keep the existing installation folder when updating.
Select the desktop shortcut checkbox if you want a shortcut. Complete installation and open CrowFORGE.
Keep your projects and workspace backup. Setup reuses the existing installation folder and refreshes the selected desktop shortcut with the new icon.
Download the tar.gz package for your processor and extract it into a directory inside your user folder.
Open a terminal in the extracted application folder. Give the main executable permission to run, for example with chmod +x ./crowforge.
Launch the main executable as your normal user, for example with ./crowforge. Do not run as root or disable the sandbox. Install any missing system libraries through your distribution’s package manager.

C# and C++ debugging is experimental. Required interpreters, SDKs, compilers and additional tools for Python, .NET and C++ must be installed separately. Account services, cloud AI and automatic updates are not connected in this distribution.
